Role Description
HSE Advisor required for an ongoing contract role, working on behalf of a leading oil & gas/renewable energy engineering contractor, based in SW London. You will join their existing team working on a major carbon capture project, as well as future similar projects. Recent and relevant HSE experience working on IMCA contractor projects is essential for this role
Job Description:
The successful candidate will work within a Project HSE Team of 7 personnel to ensure the correct development, implementation and monitoring of the project safety management system. You will continuously develop your skills to grow and advance in your career.
Duties will include:
- Subcontractor Management and Evaluation including Supplier Document Register
- Develop and maintain Project Deliverables
- Lead Risk Management Process
- Facilitate HSE Readiness Reviews
- HSE Contract Administration
- Ensure compliance with Contractual and Regulatory Requirements
- Plan and conduct Internal HSE Audits
- Lead Investigations
- Maintain and coordinate Country Emergency Response Team
Skills/experience/qualifications required:
Education: Degree level Qualification in a relevant discipline, as well as HSE Qualifications i.e Nebosh
Experience: Proven experience working for an IMCA contractor.
Certification: Auditor and investigation certification.
Technical Knowledge: IOGP and IMCA standards
Job Details:
Location: SW London
Working hours: Full time, 37.5 hrs p/w. 3 days office based/2 days remote working.
