Pipelay Project Engineer - URGENT!

Our client, a major offshore oil & gas contractor, is looking for Pipelay Project Engineers to join their busy team on a permanent or contract basis.

You will be responsible for offshore pipelay procedure preparation and related engineering tasks.  You will also be responsible for interfacing with engineering support and administration of subcontractors related to laybarge construction operations, and to provide site and offshore working construction support.

Candidates will also have tender responsibilities including the development of project schedules, and the sourcing of subcontracted services.

Candidates must have an engineering background & capabilities, along with project engineering & offshore construction experience. This experience should preferably have been applied to offshore pipeline systems & subsea construction projects.  However, candidates with onshore experience will also be considered, as will candidates who have excellent offshore or vessels experience who are interested into moving into the pipelay sector.

You must also have a relevant engineering degree.
