Donovan Marrision Ltd. (“DONOVAN MARRISON”) is committed to maintaining the security and confidentiality of personal data in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998.
When you register with DONOVAN MARRISON and submit your curriculum vitae ("CV") and personal details to DONOVAN MARRISON we will store the information normally found on a CV (which may include sensitive personal data), such as name, address, education, employment history and any other details which we consider relevant to assist you in your quest to find work. By submitting your CV or registering with DONOVAN MARRISON you will be consenting to DONOVAN MARRISON’s use of your personal data in accordance with this policy.
In accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998 you are entitled to ask to view any of your personal data we hold at any time. DONOVAN MARRISON reserves the right to charge the sum of £10 for this request. If you request that DONOVAN MARRISON do so then DONOVAN MARRISON will, within a reasonable time, correct, delete or prevent further processing of your personal information if it is inaccurate, incomplete or irrelevant for the purposes of processing.
Who sees your personal details?
Your personal details and CV are used by our consultants to find you either temporary contract or permanent work. Only authorised DONOVAN MARRISON employees have access to this data.
By registering with DONOVAN MARRISON and supplying your CV you intend DONOVAN MARRISON to submit your CV to clients for the purpose of securing you a contract or permanent position. If DONOVAN MARRISON wishes to send your CV and personal details to a client or any third party regarding a contract, DONOVAN MARRISON will contact you first to obtain your permission prior to sending your CV. However, if we have been unable to contact you, there may be circumstances when, in your best interests, a CV will be submitted to a client or third party for their consideration. If you would in no circumstances want DONOVAN MARRISON to send your CV to a client or third party without your prior permission (even when unable to contact you and in our belief that it serves your best interests) you should instruct your DONOVAN MARRISON consultant.
We may disclose personal information, if required to do so by law or if we believe that such action is necessary, to protect and defend the rights, property or personal safety of DONOVAN MARRISON, the website or its visitors.
DONOVAN MARRISON does not sell or pass your personal details to any third party who may use that information to try and sell you goods or services. You should be aware that from time to time, DONOVAN MARRISON may transfer your personal information to third parties that DONOVAN MARRISON uses for the purpose of providing its services to you or its clients such as medical or professional insurance providers. Details of these providers will be passed on to you in order to provide the services you have requested and for the purposes of associated administration.

The computer server hosting this website does not permanently store any information that you transmit to us. All reasonable methods are used to ensure that the data you submit to us reamins protected from unauthorised access.
