Role Description

Our client, a major offshore oil & gas engineering contractor, is currently looking for an experienced department secretary or administrator to join their established team, based at their offices in South West London.

Candidates should ideally have at least 3 years secretarial/administration experience in a similar role within an engineering company, and be experienced in MS office.  Experience in SAP would also be beneficial.

Job Description:

  • Admin support to Procurement Department
  • Assstance with maintenance of the Document Management System
  • Processing of weekly timesheets for approvals
  • Liaising with HR with regards to department travel and accommodation arrangements
  • Maintaining stationery need for the department
  • SAP support (as required)
  • Liaising with HR and Managers for day-to-day issues
  • Coordination of timesheets on a weekly basis

Job Type: Contract role for 1 year

Rate: Negotiable

Working hours: 37.5 per week

Start date: ASAP

Location: SW London/North Surrey area.  Our client would prefer candidates who live within a reasonable distance of their offices in KT2.
