Role Description

We are looking for an Administrator for an ongoing contract role, working for an engineering company based in Kingston upon Thames, Surrey.

Duties will include:

• Checking invoices and timesheets on a daily basis;

• Entering correct invoices onto the company's SAP system

• Booking training courses

• Updating training files

• Ad hoc: checking expenses and receipts

Previous experience in a similar role is essential. You must have an excellent standard of written and spoken English. 

Job Details:

Start date: Immediate

Location: KT1 - you must live within a reasonable commuting distance to our client's offices in Kingston.

Rate: c. £10 p/h PAYE

Working hours: 37.5 per week
