Role Description
Experienced Building Surveyor required for 6 months FTC contract role, working for a local authority in London
Requirements:
•Experience within Building surveying
•Must be able to hit the ground running
•Immediate start date availability with view to 6 months FTC
•Experience & Knowledge surrounding Building compliance
•Knowledge around Health and Safety regulations
•Experience assessing buildings such as fire safety, regulations, electricity
•Must be able to assess building and commission contractors to carry out the work.
Rate –£400 per day umbrella/LTD.
IR35 Status – Inside IR35.
Length of role – Up to 6 months.
Location: North London (Zone 1) - . However not office based, and site visits are frequent.
All applicants must be eligible to work in the UK and be able to provide references covering the past 3 years.
