Structural Analysis Engineer

We are currently recruiting for a experienced Structural Analysis Engineer for a long term contract (or permanent staff role) working for a major offshore oil & gas contractor based in SW London.

Ideally, you will be a Senior Engineer with strong structural engineering capability able to develop structural enguineering skills for offshore engineering applications

Experience of preparing structural design basis, reports, structural design specifications, construction and installation work procedures.

Preparation of high quality detailed design hand calculations

Experience in structural analysis and design of offshore platforms

Conversant with one of the major offshore structural design codes (API, AISC, DnV, NORSOK, Eurocode 3)

Experience in the detailed design of templates, grillage, sea fastenings, lift rigging points for a range of structures to be installed offshore 

Software Skills:

SACS, GT-STUDL or similar
